Some items cannot be purchased on-line due to shipping restraints or excess shipping costs.  Please call us for a shipping quote on those items. We ship via UPS, USPS, and SpeeDee Delivery.  Large orders, and orders for D.H. Aluminum Frame Dock or Shore Tracker systems will ship common carrier or be delivered by our company truck.


D.H.Docks has a solid reputation for customer service and satisfaction and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price if you feel that any of our products are not as stated. (Except on a rare close-out or steeply reduced price, where the NO RETURNS is indicated.)

Customer pays all shipping/handling charges on returns. A refund, less original shipping and handling, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, an exchange item will be promptly sent. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days. These items will be inspected and if defective, will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Used merchandise found to be free of defects will be refused. Defective merchandise older than 30 days should be handled by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy. Some exceptions may apply.
