Warranty Information

DH Docks, LLC Aluminum Frame Dock Systems
Lifetime Warranty

DH Docks, LLC guarantees all aluminum frame structures in the DH Ultimate Dock systems to be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship.
Upon discovery of defects, seller must be notified in writing or with a phone call.
DH Docks, LLC will then, at its option, repair or replace without charge or allow credit.
This warranty does not include defects resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, misuse, fire or acts of God.

Shore Tracker Marine Railway Systems
Limited 10-Year Warranty

DH Docks, LLC guarantees all galvanized steel structures in the Shore Tracker Marine Railway systems to be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship. Upon discovery of defects, seller must be notified in writing or with a phone call.

DH Docks, LLC will then, at its option, repair or replace without charge or allow credit.
This warranty does not include defects resulting from accidents, unauthorized repairs, misuse, fire or acts of God.
The same basic warranty applies to Shore Tracker Winch systems for a period of two (2) years.
Cable is not covered under this warranty.
